About Us

Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas has been in Chester, VA for nearly 30 years. We have evolved over the years in what products we carry and have grown to have one of the largest service departments in the Richmond, VA area. We specialize in in-ground vinyl liner pools and fiberglass pools, and have a retail store to accommodate all of our customers with their chemical, accessory, and service needs.

Our Story

The McDaniel's began installing inground pools in 1985 from their Chesterfield residence. Within two years, their inground swimming pool business expanded to include its first, full-service retail store in Chester.

Since the opening of the first retail store, Swim-N-Pools Billiards & Spas has gained the respect of its customers and suppliers alike which has allowed us to offer nationally recognized products. We have a dedicated and trained sales staff to assist our customers, a full service department to support all product lines, and multiple installation crews. The addition of billiards has complimented our product mix nicely because it allows our customers to complete their “at-home vacation spot”.

We are dedicated to provide knowledgeable customer service. We strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations by supplying quality products and offering reliable customer service for that product.

Awards, Training and Community Involvement

Some of our awards include Pacific Pools' "Builder of Excellence", WW Adcock's "Outstanding Achievement Award", as well as Sundance Spas' "Exceptional Customer Service".

We have been involved with the Massey Cancer Center as well as Toys for Tots in the past, as well as a number of local events. Most of our staff participates in annual training and trade shows to stay up to date on the latest products and information.

In 2015 alone, we participated in Sundance Spas Technical Training, Sundance Spas Sales Training, Nordic Spas Sales Training, Lonza Chemical Training, The Swimming Pool Academy's Online Learning Modules, Pentair Intensive On-Site Training, Zodiac Training, as well as attended the Pool and Spa Show.
